Austin-Area Homeowners — File Your Insurance Claim With Confidence
Licensed & insured Texas contractor. We handle roof, storm, water, and fire damage claims from start to finish — so you get a fair settlement and a quality repair.
We work directly with your insurance company so you don’t have to fight for a fair claim alone.
Most Homeowners Leave Money on the Table
After storm damage, hail, or a leak, many people get a lowball estimate, miss hidden damage, or don’t know how to push back on their insurance company. The result? You pay out of pocket for repairs that should be covered — or live with damage that gets worse.
We’re here to make sure your claim is documented correctly, your carrier pays what they should, and the repair is done right. No stress, no guesswork.
We Handle the Damage Types Insurance Covers
Roof, water, storm, fire — we inspect, document, and repair so your claim and your property are both in good hands.
-
Roof & Hail
Missing shingles, granule loss, soft spots, and storm-related roof damage. We document it for your adjuster and replace or repair to code.
-
Water & Leaks
Leaks from storms, plumbing, or appliances. We find the source, assess affected areas, and work with your carrier on mitigation and repair.
-
Storm & Wind
Wind damage to roof, siding, and structures. We provide the documentation insurers need so you get a fair settlement.
-

Common Questions
- Is the inspection really free?
- Yes. We come out, assess the damage, and document it for your claim at no cost. There’s no obligation to use us for the repair.
- Will filing a claim make my insurance rates go up?
- Rates can change after a claim, but often storm and weather-related claims are treated differently than at-fault claims. We can’t guarantee your premium won’t change, but we can help you get what you’re owed so you’re not paying for covered damage out of pocket.
- Do you work with my insurance company?
- We work with all major carriers (State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, and others). We provide the documentation they need and communicate with your adjuster so the process is smooth.
- How long does the whole process take?
- It depends on your carrier and the scope of damage. Typically we can inspect within a few days of your request. Once the claim is filed, approval and scheduling vary; we’ll give you a clearer timeline after the inspection.
- What if I’ve already had an adjuster out?
- You can still get a second opinion. We can review what was documented and help you understand if something was missed or underpaid — and work with you and your carrier to correct it if needed.
